This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have. If you do not agree with this Policy, please discontinue use of the Fanoz App and related Services.

Definitions. “Fanoz App” or “App” means the mobile application operated by PlayCKC. “Site” means fanoz.global (including sub-domains). “Platform” means, collectively, the App and the Site. “Services” means the Platform and any features, tools, materials, or services (including co-branded or affiliated services) provided by PlayCKC from time to time.






1) Who we are & what we do

Fanoz is a non-money, skill-based fan-engagement platform offering:

  • PREDICT – live predictions on performances, milestones, and outcomes during segments of a match.
  • SELECT – two-innings matchwinner fantasy (six players per team; one team per innings).

Participation does not involve paid entry fees or cash withdrawals. Users may earn virtual reward currency (“Nanyas”) redeemable only for non-cash rewards (e.g., gift vouchers, merchandise, or promotional benefits).


2) Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to personal information collected via the App, the Site, and related Services (support, marketing, events).


3) Information we collect

3.1 Information you provide to us

a) Account & profile. Full name, mobile number, email address, username, display picture (optional), date of birth (to confirm 18+), and (optional) gender.

b) Verification & compliance. PAN and, where necessary, other identity/address proofs to meet legal obligations including TDS on net winnings under Section 194BA and to prevent fraud/abuse.

c) Redemptions & fulfilment (non-cash only).

  • Vouchers: delivery email and/or mobile number for electronic voucher codes, and redemption/activation status.
  • Merchandise: recipient name, shipping address (including PIN code) and contact phone for courier delivery in India. These are operational necessities to fulfil your selected non-cash rewards.

d) Support & communications. Content of messages you send to us (tickets, feedback, surveys).

We do not collect any bank account details as there are no cash withdrawals offered on Fanoz.

3.2 Information collected automatically

Device identifiers, OS/app version, IP address, network info, crash logs, diagnostic and usage events (e.g., prediction windows joined, team creation and edits), approximate location (derived from IP), and anti-fraud signals.

3.3 Information from third parties

Identity/KYC providers, analytics/crash/messaging SDKs, risk/fraud-prevention services, and prize/fulfilment partners (voucher issuers, couriers/merchandise vendors).


4) How we use your information

We use personal information to:

a) Provide and operate the Services (accounts, gameplay, leaderboards).

b) Fulfil non-cash redemptions (voucher delivery, merchandise shipping) and provide related support.

c) Verify identity and comply with law, including TDS on net winnings (Section 194BA) and other regulatory obligations.

d) Communicate service updates, transactional notices, and - where permitted - marketing messages (with opt-out).

e) Secure, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

f) Improve the Services (analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting).


5) Legal bases (India)

We process data on the following grounds (as applicable under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023):

  • Consent (e.g., optional communications).
  • Contractual necessity (providing the Services you request).
  • Legal obligation (e.g., tax/TDS, record-keeping, lawful requests).
  • Legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security, service improvement), balanced against your rights.

6) Sharing your information

We do not sell personal data. We share information with:

  1. Service providers (processors) under contract and confidentiality - for hosting, analytics/crash/messaging, identity/KYC, tax & fulfilment (including voucher issuers and couriers/merchandise vendors strictly to deliver your selected rewards), and fraud-prevention.
  2. Authorities and legal/compliance recipients - where required by law (e.g., tax authorities for Section 194BA), valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity.
  3. Corporate transactions - if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may transfer as part of that transaction.
  4. With your direction or consent.

7) Children

The Services are strictly for users 18+. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will disable the account and delete personal information subject to our legal obligations.


8) Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy, including:

  • Operational & account data - while you maintain an account and for a reasonable period thereafter.
  • KYC/tax records - for the period required by Indian law.

After that, we delete or de-identify data.


9) Your choices & rights

9.1 Access & correction

Request access to or correction of your personal information by emailing connect@fanoz.global.

9.2 Marketing

Opt out of marketing emails/SMS at any time (unsubscribe link or by emailing us). You will still receive transactional communications.

9.3 Deletion (with one-month SLA for non-statutory data)

Email connect@fanoz.global to request deletion. We will delete your personal information within one (1) month of your verified request for data that we are not legally required to retain (e.g., KYC/tax/records retained under statute). If we need clarification to process your request, the one-month clock resumes once we receive the clarification. We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests and may decline requests where an exception applies under Indian law.


10) Cookies & SDKs

We use cookies and mobile SDKs for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, messaging, and fraud prevention. You can control cookies via browser settings and manage app-level permissions/OS ad-tracking settings. Note: some features may not function without essential cookies/SDKs. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.


11) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.


12) International data transfers

Some service providers may process data outside India. Where applicable, we use contractual protections and technical measures consistent with Indian legal requirements.


13) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where required by law, provide additional notice.


14) Governing law & disputes (short clause)

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Dispute resolution is as set out in Section 15 of the Fanoz Terms & Conditions, which is incorporated here by reference.
